Burton Consulting Ltd was formed in January 2002 by a group of Management
Development Consultants originally based at High Burton, Masham, North
Yorkshire.
All
of our Consultants have operated at Director, CEO level prior to their
consultancy work.
We
are advocates of experiential learning and our events focus on
recognising the attitudes and behaviours prevalent within teams,
individuals and the organisation as a whole. We understand how these
attitudes and behaviours may either help or hinder positive change.
Recognising,
agreeing and combating these barriers, whilst reinforcing the positives,
allows teams and individuals to form an effective strategy which everyone
can understand, embrace and contribute towards achieving.
We
encourage thorough evaluation of all our interventions, and a commitment
from clients to implement agreed actions back in the work-place. By this
process we can demonstrate clear return on investment from our
involvement.
Our
events are designed to be enjoyable, non-threatening, valuable, relevant
and an effective use of time.
