1. Relationships

Following initial discussion and client agreement, a specific Consultant will be allocated to your programme. This Consultant will plan, prepare, deliver and provide evaluation/follow-up to your event. You will have direct access to this Consultant at all times.

2. Qualifications

All programmes will be conducted by fully qualified and experienced Consultants. Staff allocated to conduct programmes will have academic and work-based qualifications exceeding the requirements for the event. We hold UK creditation for all the psychometric testing and advanced  training methodology we employ.

3. Delegate Safety

We insist on ensuring delegate safety on both a physical and psychological level. Any outdoor activity will have a full risk assessment, be covered by our public liability insurance, and be conducted by fully qualified staff. We hold current First Aid at Work Certificates, PCV driving licenses for mini-bus transportation, and have CRB authorisation for working with young people.

We have a great deal of experience working with a diverse client base, and strive to ensure that no delegate ever feels under pressure, awkward or intimidated. We respect an individual's right to not participate without question.
